En Bodegas Pedroheras contamos con la uva aportada por 1.700 hectáreas de viñedo, entre variedades blancas y tintas. Las variedades predominantes son la Airén (en uvas blancas) y la Tempranillo (en uvas tintas), en menor cantidad trabajamos con otras variedades como pueden ser Verdejo, Macabeo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon o Sauvignon Blanc.

La edad media de las plantaciones de variedad blanca es de unos 20 años, mientras que la de las variedades tintas gira en torno a los 35 años. Contamos con una extensa superficie de viñedo de secano en vaso con porte bajo y marco real. En cuanto a la producción de uva, la carga nunca pasa de los 6kg. para variedades blancas y los 3 kg. para variedades tintas.

Desde la Bodega, ponemos a disposición de nuestros viticultores una serie de servicios (asesoramiento en fitosanitarios, arrendamiento de aperos, formalización de seguros agrarios, formación y obtención de certificados agrícolas, etc) con el objetivo de facilitarles su trabajo, profesionalizar el sector y obtener una mayor calidad en la uva.

De cara a la vendimia, son nuestros especialistas de laboratorio (química y enólogo) los que llevan a cabo el muestreo y estudio de la uva, controlando así los parámetros hasta que sean óptimos para dar comienzo a la campaña.

At Bodegas Pedroheras we use grapes from 1,700 hectares of vineyards, including white and red varieties. The predominant varieties are Airen (white grapes) and Tempranillo (red grapes). In smaller quantities we work with other varieties such as Verdejo, Macabeo (Viura), Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon or Sauvignon Blanc.

The average age of the white variety plantations is around 20 years old, while the average age of the red varieties is around 35 years old. We have an extensive are of unirrigated vineyards in globet trained vine with low growth and real frame. In terms of grape production, the grape load never exceeds 6kg for white varieties and 3kg for red varieties.

From the winery, we offer our winegrowers a series of services (advice on phytosanitary products, leasing of tools, formalization of agricultural insurance, training and obtaining agricultural certificates, etc.) with the aim of facilitating their work, professionalizing the sector and obtaining better quality grapes.

For the grape harvest, our laboratory specialist (chemists and oenologist) carry out the sampling and study of the grapes, controlling the parameters until they are optimal for the start of the harvest campaign.
