We have modern facilities where the latest winemaking, conservation and bottling technologies have been incorporated. For the vinification of our wines we have distempers, self-emptying tanks with cooling jackets, centrifuges, tartaric stabilization equipment and amicrobic filtration equipment.

During all the elaboration and conservation processes, a continuous temperature control is carried out to guarantee slow fermentations in order to achieve the fixation of aromas and colour. We have a plant of French and American oak barrels where our wines are aged to produce Pedroheras Crianza and Pedroheras Reserva.
